Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a complementary therapeutic method used to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension and support the body’s natural balance. In rehabilitation, it is most often used as a supportive therapy alongside physical treatments, helping to ease chronic conditions and improve overall well-being.

Acupuncture works by stimulating specific points on the body using very fine needles. This stimulation activates the nervous system, encourages the release of endorphins (the body’s natural pain relievers) and improves circulation in the treated area. The result is reduced pain, muscle relaxation and improved body function.
