DNS Therapy
DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) is a modern rehabilitation approach focused on restoring proper movement patterns and overall body stability. The goal of the therapy is to reduce pain, improve movement control and prevent recurring issues in the long term.
DNS is based on the principles of natural human motor development. By activating the deep stabilizing muscles of the core, proper movement control is restored, joint strain is reduced and movement efficiency in daily activities is improved.
